Description: In January 2018, West Coast Environmental Law published a report addressing the need for environmental assessment (EA) reform in British Columbia highlighting the commitment made by the provincial government to do so in 2017. The publication focuses on current issues with provincial EA and cites examples using case studies from Elk Valley, Site C, Taku River Tlingit First Nation and Digby Island.
